  I had brought my Norwich Terrier for a visit because she her skin had become inflamed/red and she was extremely itchy. They had run test and were not able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong. So, they prescribed her, what I felt was, the whole pharmacy. I bought all the meds, none of which helped.
  
  I returned with the same concern and the Vet recommended I bring her to a specialist, at the same time letting me know that they aren't able to successfully treat allergies/skin irritations the MAJORITY of the time. If I was told that earlier, I would've brought my dog to a specialist to start with!
  
  Really feel like they could've handled the situation better so that my dog could get the correct treatment the first time around. Instead, I feel like they were just after my money.
