  How do I give zero or negative stars? Don't come here unless you care about your car as much as you do a rental. They damage your car, use subpar contractors to repair it and then tell you, your car will be damaged when it's driven anyways or write up lies on the repair order that you left satisfied but tell you verbally that they're not the dealer for you because you're meticulous or you actually care about your investment. Goto San Francisco Toyota where they actually care and know what customer service is. Bought three Toyotas from SF they earned all of my business. City should've stayed as $#!tty on the sorry hillside. Bad purchase experience bad service experience. The only positive experience is their rental/loaner car department.
